We are a small mobile shaved ice, popcorn and candy floss business operating in local markets, public parks, at private events such as birthdays, school fairs, corporate events, festivals and summer pop ups.
The shaved ice element of the business operates seasonally (May–September), while we provide the popcorn and candy floss throughout the year.
We are currently operating from a stall at the Narrow Market, 2mins walk from Hackney Central station.
We are family friendly and all staff are Level 2 Food Hygiene certified
All our syrups are allergen free (unless stated) and halal compliant
All our sweets, flavourings and pop corn kernels our halal compliant
Popcorn is freshly made using a KuKoo 8oz Commercial Popcorn Machine
We use high grade granulated sugar
We use Pop-N-Lite Popping Oil for the popping
Our candy floss is freshly made using a The Breeze Candy Floss Machine
We use high grade granulated sugar and Gold Medal Flossine Candy Floss Flavouring colourings to add colour
